Rubber check valve introduction:

XF rubber check valve is a new water supply and drainage valve with full rubber structure, duck-mouthed appearance and functions of positive flow-in and reserve cut-off. According to thrust analysis and calculation as well as different operation conditions, it is manufactured with different design mechanism and different rubber products by special processing, At positive operation the water flow inform entrance and the valve will be open at weak hydraulic pressure. the hydraulic pressure is higher .the valve gate will open more greatly and the water flow is greater ,At reserve operation, the valve gate closes naturally and seals tightly cut-off valve, the back pressure is higher, the valve gate closes more tightly and the seal effect is better. It is used widely in various drainage exits to prevent from pouring backwards and flowing backwards in city planning, water conservancy and sewage disposal etc, it is the ideal product to replace flap valve.

Rubber check valve characteristics:

a) Open and close automatically in security and reliability according to hydraulic difference without noise and in no need of operator and maintenance.

b) Positive start has little water resistance and start-up pressure and the flow can be adjusted naturally according to hydraulic pressure.

Rubber check valve installation structure type

1) Belled XF-T be installed at the exit of drainage pipe

2) Flanged XF-T be installed at the exit end with flange of drainage pipe

3) Mounting plate XF-F be installed on the building at the water exit end.

4) Build-in XF-F be installed at the exit end of rain and sewage system in cities.

5) Grout or cement pipe XF-T be installed at the end of grout or cement pipe.

Installation specification

1) Reparation before installation

a) Please check whether the conditions are in conformance such as mode and valve type; installation type, technical parameter and technical requirements (pressure resistance or back pressure temperature resistance and anticorrosion conditions)

b) Check whether there is personal damage and dirty thing in valve.

c) Check whether the surface of pipe installed or the joint flange have burr and de formation and are smooth and leveled.

2) Installation procedure

a)the inner diameter r should match with the external diameter of joint pipe in the installations of belled rubber slowly –closing check valve, the in-setting depth should accord to corresponding requirements, water rubber can be spread on the surface of pipe and rubber gasket should used at dog mouth , then the bolts are connected tightly, if assistant liner pipe is adopted  for rubber slowly –closing check valve ,the assistant liner pipe and remained pipe and remained pipes should sealed and welded firmly and reinforcement bar should be increased  properly to promote the intensity and rigidity when the connection operation is made .

b)in flanged installation ,the exit flange size of rubber slowly –closing  check valve ,sealing pad should be installed between flange as appropriate to guarantee the absolute seal after connection  it should be noticed that the flange lip of rubber slowly –closing check valve can’t be damaged,

c) For other installation, the mentioned requirements can be taken for reference,

d)when the nominal diameter is more than dn800,a support drag bar should be prepared to lift  valve body solidly for long term by the flying ring of valve body because the weight of valve body is large and a lot of water and flow impacts in the valve body

3) Cautions

a) The valve body should be prevented from non –standard operation in the removal, storage and installation for valve body

b) The valve bodies are strictly prohibited to avoid if the valve bodies is stored for long team.

c) No maintenance is needed in normal application but the valve body should be protected from puncturing by hard materials,

d) The working position shouldn’t be pressed by things to protect its natural switch,
